Registration

Your registration becomes binding upon receipt by Eventmanagement Hanne Hofner. You may cancel your participation free of charge up to two weeks before the start of the event. After that, a cancellation fee of 50% of the participation fee for the professional program will apply.

If you are unable to attend in person, you may designate a substitute participant, providing their name and address. Any sessions not attended by the participant will be charged in full unless prior cancellation is made. Should the organizer be forced to cancel the event for organizational or other important reasons, you will, of course, be refunded the full participation fee. Beyond this, no claims may be made against the organizer unless there is a case of intent or gross negligence.

The organizer reserves the right to make program changes due to current events and to switch the planned event to an online format. The organizer is entitled to relocate events and/or to designate an alternative date.

Upon receipt of your registration, you will receive a confirmation of registration and payment information via email.
